• 216-unit apartment community nestled among the majestic oak trees on a portion of historic Fenwick Hall Plantation
• Creative site planning and careful grading allowed all of the 86 grand trees to be preserved
• Landscaping, including the extensive buffers against the remaining plantation property, complimented the existing trees and utilized predominantly native plant palette
